School Transport

The school provides bus transport facility. Buses are manned by experienced drivers. The transport Incharge ensures smooth plying of buses. Teachers ensure safety and supervision of the children in the buses.

Transportation Rules

* Arrive at the bus stop at least 5 minutes before bus ETA (Expected Time of Arrival).
* Remain seated in the bus and do not extend a body part outside the window.
* Do not eat or drink in the bus.
* Distracting the driver's attention by shouting and other acts is strictly prohibited and will attract penalties.
* Carry a written application by a parent, duly verified by the class teacher in case you need travel on another route for a day.
* Bus charges will be according to the distance.


The school provides immediate first aid to injured students and also provides for further medical assistance at the nearest clinic. It has a visiting Doctor and 2 permanent nurses to attend the students in case of any emergency. Regular medical checkup of students is done in each term. The students are periodically educated about the importance of oral and personal hygiene. Annual medical check-up is done for all students, the reports are raised and incase any specialist consultation is required the parents are duly informed.


The school endeavors to provide ample opportunities to each student to tap his/her potential in one field or the other. The aim is to help find their strengths and talents by making every child indulge in wide range of activities. Participation in some of them is compulsory, while in others it is optional.

Sports Day

Wholehearted participation by the students of all the classes from Nursery to class 10th contributed to a very competitive & successful Sports Day of the school on 14th November'13 to mark the celebration of Children's Day.

Independence Day Celebration

On the occasion of Independence Day, the premises of OPS International School was full of patriotic spirit. To mark the celebrations, an assemblage of events took place, the celebration started with the flag hoisting ceremony followed by the national anthem. An inter house competition was held for March past, speech, singing and dance.

Teacher's Day

Teacher's Day is celebrated as a tribute to the valuable contribution made by teachers to the society by imparting knowledge, enlightening and shaping the career of students. India celebrates Teacher's Day on September 5 since 1962 as it is the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a prominent thinker, philosopher and an educator. OPS International School celebrated Teacher’s Day with zeal and enthusiasm. The ceremony started with a warm Teacher’s Day speech paying respect and thanking teachers for their contribution.
